Our platform offers a simulated, risk-free social casino experience set deep within the Covelot Caldera. Virtual Currency (Core Fragments) Limitations
All activities within the Covelot Caldera operate using a virtual currency known as Core Fragments (CRF). Core Fragments hold absolutely no real-world cash value, cannot be purchased, cannot be sold, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money or physical prizes. They are entirely fictional tokens designed solely to track your mechanical progression and enhance the entertainment value of our simulated games.
Rules for User Conduct and Fair Play
Engineers are expected to maintain the integrity of the Foundry. You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or any unauthorized software to manipulate the games, including the Magma Drill or Prospector's Gyro Wheel. Any attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform will result in immediate termination of your account and the forfeiture of all virtual Core Fragments and Blueprint progress.
Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership
All content, designs, graphics, audio, and mechanical game concepts presented on Covelot Foundry are the exclusive intellectual property of Covelot Foundry Oy. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the games for personal entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Caldera without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Covelot Foundry platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to keep the steam pipes running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free gameplay. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or availability of our simulated social casino games.
Limitation of Liability for Operators
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Covelot Foundry Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. Since no real money is involved, any perceived loss of virtual items, Core Fragments, or Blueprint rankings carries no financial liability on our part.
Modifications to the Service Rules
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Covelot Foundry at any time, including adjusting the yields of Core Fragments or the mechanics of our games.
